Processing of complaints
If you have a problem or dissatisfaction, we invite you to inform us by contacting your usual contact person, who listen to you and provide you with a solution. You can also send us your complaint:

In all cases, we are committed to:
- Confirm receipt of your complaint within a maximum of 10 working days of its submission;
- Provide you with a positive or negative answer within a maximum of 2 months of sending your complaint or, failing that, to keep you informed of the progress of its processing.
